HALS HARBOUR 8. SEPTEMBER 2021 The international theater group SIREN ENSEMBLE performed a work in progress - performance A WOMAN'S JOURNEY, an outdoor performance, inspired by the sailing sculptures Life-Boats, in front of the boats at Hals harbor. SIREN ENSEMBLE is an international theater group, consisting of 5 young women.
Life-Boats and the inspiration they gave them brought them together as an ensemble.
They should have been in Norway to do a performance, as part of the Life-boats tour, in the summer of 2021. Unfortunately this was canceled due to Covid-19. Despite that, the ensemble chose to work on the show in Denmark.

The boats are hoisted to the dock for the Winter and for being cleaning and maintenance.

LIFE-BOATS VISITED AALBORG FROM THE 6.-10. OCTOBER
Student from Vesterkærets School visited as a collaboration between the school and Life-boats in week 41, with workshops and events for all of the school's 350 students.

DRONNINGLUND ARTCENTER 23. JUNE - 25. AUGUST
PORTRAITS: Dronninglund Art Center's big summer exhibition. 19 Danish and foreign artists exhibit portraits in the form of pictures and sculptures.
Marit Benthe Norheim participated with the 19 portraits, that are preliminary work to the symbolic figurehead portraits on the back of "My ship is loaded with Memories".
